Lab facilitated with articles required to practice nursing in community setup. This lab helps the students to gain knowledge related to preventive promotive and curative services given to the community. It is worth in molding the students as professionals in both hospital and community set up.
Nutrition lab is well planned with facilities for improving basic knowledge about normal diet and special diet like diabetic diet, diet in pregnancy, anemia and so on. It is well furnished with all the kitchen necessities, fine crockery and vivid cooking methods.
It is set up with the view to enable the students to provide comprehensive care to mothers, neonates and children. The infrastructure of the lab includes adult cots, pediatric cots and different articles and instruments used in obstetrics and child health nursing. This will help the students to acquire knowledge and skills in patient care that are to be practiced in clinical settings.
It is aimed at helping the students to acquire knowledge and skills in techniques of nursing and practice them in supervised settings. It has good infrastructure facilities like enough Bed strength, various types of manikins, Infusion training arm and different types of articles and equipment for the demonstration of nursing procedures.
It is designed to assist students in acquiring knowledge of the normal structure of human body.Well furnished lab with cut and cross sections and models of various system and organs of human body. Orderly arranged display of charts promotes sense of being in an anatomical museum. Framed and mobile models including complete human skeletal system fix the education at ease.
We have a spacious, furnished library with enumerable professional books . Library subscribes several magazines and journals to prepare the students to keep abreast with the current trends and updates of nursing.
The institution has well- ventilated spacious modern class rooms with good ventilation; lighting and adequate furniture’s which provide a conducive learning environment for the students. We have conventional as well as latest teaching methodologies that encourage the student to awaken their curiosity and desire to learn.
The college has transport facilities for the students to reach their respective clinical areas of practice and to participate in various field visits. It is also provided for the day scholars from the vicinity of Lucknow city to reach the campus in time.
